Welcome to Summit Avkastel (we, us, our, Platform). These Terms govern your (you, your, User) access to our website, apps, trading tools, and related services (Services). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice & Cookie Notice. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility, user accounts, and limits

You need to be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. You confirm that you are not in any jurisdiction where using the Services is barred. We may decline service, carry out KYC checks, and pause accounts where there is risk, fraud, or a violation. You are responsible for keeping your profile details accurate and for protecting your login credentials.

3. Services, third parties, and risk

We may introduce or describe third-party platforms; unless we clearly say otherwise, we are not acting as your broker. Trading carries a significant risk of loss. Previous results are not a promise of future outcomes. You alone are responsible for your choices and any taxes owed.

4. Fees, permitted use, and intellectual property

Any fees will be displayed at the time of purchase. You must not misuse the Services, including by posting illegal content, spreading malware, scraping without permission, getting around security measures, or reverse engineering except where the law allows it. All Platform content and branding stays our property or that of our licensors; you are granted a limited, revocable licence to use it as provided.

5. Disclaimers and limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of C180 C$ or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.
